Dry Sauna

Our dry sauna provides an environment that promotes relaxation and detoxification for up to 12 people. The heat from the sauna helps to increase circulation, which can aid in muscle recovery and reduce inflammation. Scientific studies have shown that regular sauna use can improve cardiovascular health, enhance muscle repair, and even promote longevity by reducing the risk of diseases like hypertension and heart disease.

Experience the invigoration of
Cold Plunge

Contrast therapy, which involves alternating between hot and cold treatments, is a powerful method for recovery. Our cold plunge (set at a chilly 3° celsius) facilitates this by providing an invigorating cool down after a session in the sauna.

The cold exposure helps to reduce muscle soreness, decrease inflammation, and boost your immune system. Research indicates that cold plunges can enhance recovery by constricting blood vessels, which reduces swelling and flushes out toxins and metabolic waste.
