Mantra Coordinator

Contract – On-Site, Pecatu – Kuta Selatan

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Mantra Coordinator to support our daily operations in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow, efficient administrative processes, and seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining high operational standards while enhancing overall efficiency and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and consistency
Manage administrative processes including documentation, reporting, and scheduling
Handle front office operations, including group bookings and guest coordination
Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory control for the facility and Mantra Shop
Facilitate communication across departments to support smooth workflow
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented environment

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Solid understanding of front office operations and group booking management
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to work independently with a high level of initiative
Experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Available for immediate start
Preferably domiciled in Kuta Selatan area
