MANTRA WELLNESS BALI - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mantra Wellness Bali website mantrawellnessbali.com or any of our services—including but not limited to wellness retreats, spa treatments, yoga classes, accommodation bookings, and recovery facilities—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

2.1. Retreat & Accommodation Bookings

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50% of total cost) to secure your reservation.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees.

2.2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30+ days before arrival: Deposit is forfeited; any additional payments refunded.
Cancellation 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total cost is forfeited.
Cancellation 0-14 days before arrival: 100% of total cost is forfeited.
No-shows: Full payment is forfeited without refund.

2.3. Spa & Class Bookings

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment may incur a 50% charge.
No-shows for scheduled treatments/classes will be charged 100%.

3. Health, Safety & Wellness Participation

3.1. Health Disclosure

You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancies before participating in any wellness activity (yoga, Pilates, recovery therapies, spa treatments).
Mantra Wellness Bali reserves the right to refuse service if a condition poses a risk to your safety or others.

3.2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in wellness activities (including but not limited to yoga, Pilates, cold plunge, sauna, hiking, surfing) is at your own risk.
You acknowledge that these activities involve inherent physical risks and agree to assume full responsibility.

3.3. Recovery Facilities

Use of recovery facilities (sauna, cold plunge, pool) requires adherence to posted safety guidelines.
Maximum session times must be observed for safety.

4. Accommodation & Facilities

4.1. Check-in/Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.

4.2. Property Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Damage to property or amenities will result in applicable charges.

4.3. Co-Working Space & Café

Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service; we are not liable for connectivity issues.
Café purchases are separate from accommodation packages unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment & Pricing

5.1. Currency & Taxes

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices include 10% service charge and 11% government tax where applicable.

5.2. Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and digital payments.
3% surcharge applies to credit card payments.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1. Limitation of Liability

Mantra Wellness Bali is not liable for:
- Personal injury during activities (except proven gross negligence)
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or force majeure events
- Changes to amenities/services due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances

6.2. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or utility failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, images, videos) is property of Mantra Wellness Bali and protected by copyright.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data

Personal information is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to communication regarding your booking, promotional offers, and wellness updates.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the Denpasar District Court, Bali.
