With over 10 years of teaching experience, Nikoldia is a dedicated and certified Yoga and Pilates instructor who brings passion and expertise to every class. Her sessions blend strength, flexibility, and alignment with mindful movement, creating a dynamic and supportive environment for all levels. Nikoldia’s global travels enrich her teachings, offering a unique perspective that inspires growth and personal potential. Specialising in Vinyasa, restorative yoga, meditation, Pilates, mobility and therapy, she is committed to helping you find balance, alleviate pain, and unlock your true potential.

Meet

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Phil Kowalik is a dedicated power yoga teacher who found his calling in Uluwatu, Bali. After graduating, Phil chose to leave the corporate world to pursue his passion for yoga full-time. His teaching style focuses on simplicity, proper alignment, mindfulness and breath awareness. Phil believes yoga has significantly enhanced his physical wellness and provided emotional stability, which he strives to share with his students.

Meet

 Bianca Ragone is passionate about movement and wellness, and has been an avid surfer and yoga practitioner for more than half of her life. She has been teaching yoga since 2012 and shares yoga, pranayama and meditation as tools for self-healing. Her classes incorporate mindfulness within a dynamic vinyasa, focused on alignment while creating room for exploration and expression. Bianca's teaching style is intuitive, hands-on and deeply rooted in ancient wisdom, offering a harmonious blend of tradition and creativity.

Ina's yoga journey began in her childhood, practising regularly with her yogini mother, which fostered a deep connection with the practice. In her classes, she aims to create a space for authentic being, believing that our souls crave such environments for healing. Together, you will immerse yourselves in a Playful Vinyasa Flow that reconnects you with your inner child. Ina invites you to feel like you're on a playground, creating space to connect with your intuition. The more space you give to this authentic voice within, the stronger your trust in it becomes!

Norman is a passionate advocate for holistic wellbeing, seamlessly integrating yoga, therapy and fitness into his practice. With a 500-hour yoga certification and mastery in NeuroKinetic Therapy, FRC and manual therapy, Norman offers a distinctive and comprehensive expertise to support your health and wellness goals. His approach ensures a well-rounded experience, helping you achieve balance and vitality.

An E-RYT 500, Johanna completed her first 200Hr teacher training in 2015. After years in the corporate world, she found her true passion in yoga, using it as a healing tool for mind, body and soul. Fascinated by Chinese Medicine and the power of stillness, Yin yoga is one of her favourite practices. Johanna also loves helping surfers gain mobility and longevity. With over 1000 hours of teaching experience across Europe and Asia, she aims to inspire others to access and embody their inner freedom through her teachings.

Babs is a multi-disciplinary teacher with an inviting personality and a vast tool belt of skills. With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, she blends yoga, Pilates and functional training to create a dynamic practice. Babs has a passion for bringing stillness through slower restorative practices like Yin Yoga. An energy healer and medicine woman, she deeply believes in collective healing and living in your divine soul's purpose. Her approach nurtures emotional wellbeing, builds inner strength and fosters a deeper connection with your authentic self.

Nick Hurrel’s mission is to empower people to dance both literally and metaphorically. Through silent discos and conscious connected breathwork, he creates safe spaces for self-expression. Since 2023, Nic has hosted pop-up silent discos across Australia and Asia, including iconic locations like the Sydney Opera House and beaches in Bali. At Mantra Wellness, Nic’s sessions release emotions and traumas, helping you feel safe to be yourself. Are you ready to experience transformation through breath and beats?

Elizabeth Cieniewski is a Canadian Pilates instructor with a passion for sharing this transformative practice across the UK, Canada and Bali. Her classes offer benefits such as rehabilitation, injury prevention, flexibility and strength building. Elizabeth helps clients unlock new levels of body awareness and champions the impact of Pilates on mental wellbeing. With a focus on movement with purpose, she highlights the significance of each motion, inspiring students to unlock their potential both inside and outside the studio.

Macarena is a vibrant yoga teacher and dancer from Argentina. She discovered yoga in 2011 as a way to complement her dance training, gradually realising its profound impact on both the physical and subtle body. Maca seamlessly blends a strong practice with dynamic movement and pranayama, bringing strength, balance and grace to both mind and body.

Originally from the UK, India MacNally’s journey as a professional ballet dancer ignited her passion for the strength and conditioning power of Pilates. After training at The London Pilates Academy, she headed to Bali to combine her love of movement with the ocean. India’s classes are strong, with a focus on alignment, ensuring you feel the burn and leave empowered.

Meet

Kendra Swan (Kenny), a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor from Vancouver, Canada, transitioned to teaching Pilates after a background in International Relations. Her classes focus on alignment, form and controlled movements to cultivate a deep mind-body connection and build strength. Combining mindfulness, meditation and Pilates, Kendra emphasises foundational breathing principles. Her holistic approach enhances weightlifting and functional movement, leaving you feeling strong, sweaty and connected to your body.

Meet

Elvina Ensh is an international dance teacher with a diverse background in movement and therapy. Since 2012, she has dedicated her time to exploring the body-soul connection, travelling the world to study and teach. Her mission is to share the “quiet little truths” she has discovered, specialising in modalities like Zouk, Contact Improvisation, Bodywork, Meditation, Somatic Movement, Yoga and Gestalt therapy. Now focused on dance classes and retreats, Elvina is a driving force behind the Zouk Mira Project in Bali, which connects diverse healing modalities with Brazilian Zouk. 

My stay at Mantra was exceptional. I attended a workout class in the morning with Elizabeth, she was a warm and supportive instructor!

And I attended an evening breathwork class, which was so incredible that half the participants were brought to tears!
