Ina's yoga journey began in her childhood, practising regularly with her yogini mother, which fostered a deep connection with the practice. In her classes, she aims to create a space for authentic being, believing that our souls crave such environments for healing. Together, you will immerse yourselves in a Playful Vinyasa Flow that reconnects you with your inner child. Ina invites you to feel like you're on a playground, creating space to connect with your intuition. The more space you give to this authentic voice within, the stronger your trust in it becomes!
Meet
Bianca Ragone is passionate about movement and wellness, and has been an avid surfer and yoga practitioner for more than half of her life. She has been teaching yoga since 2012 and shares yoga, pranayama and meditation as tools for self-healing. Her classes incorporate mindfulness within a dynamic vinyasa, focused on alignment while creating room for exploration and expression. Bianca's teaching style is intuitive, hands-on and deeply rooted in ancient wisdom, offering a harmonious blend of tradition and creativity.

Nuri has been practicing yoga since 2012, discovering it as a path to understanding her body and finding relief from scoliosis.
in 2019, she deepened her journey by earning her yoga teacher certification.

Elizabeth Cieniewski is a Canadian Pilates instructor with a passion for sharing this transformative practice across the UK, Canada and Bali. Her classes offer benefits such as rehabilitation, injury prevention, flexibility and strength building. Elizabeth helps clients unlock new levels of body awareness and champions the impact of Pilates on mental wellbeing. With a focus on movement with purpose, she highlights the significance of each motion, inspiring students to unlock their potential both inside and outside the studio.

Komang born and raised in the spiritual land of Bali, he has been deeply connected to spiritual practices from an early age. The atmosphere of prayer, meditation, and mindful living became a natural part of his daily routine. Including the practice of yoga postures.
His experience working within yoga-based environments eventually inspired him to explore the deeper philosophy and practice of yoga. This path led him to join Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, a spiritual organization rooted in India, where he deepened both his yogic and spiritual understanding.

Giovanna (Gio), a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor from Italy, now calling Uluwatu home. After years in marketing and real estate in Australia, I traded office life for my true passion—movement that makes you feel alive. My classes are all about that Pilates burn—spicy, energizing, and designed to push your limits. I focus on controlled movements, alignment, and deep core work to leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and totally empowered. Come for the burn, stay for the vibe—let’s move together!

he began guiding classes in New York, where her teaching focused on helping students shift out of their busy minds and into their bodies through breath-led flows, somatic awareness, and presence-based practices. Viviana is also passionate about mobility not just increasing flexibility, but cultivating functional movement, joint resilience, and a deeper connection to how the body moves through life. Her classes blend strength and fluidity grounding you in your body while creating space to feel, release, and reconnect. Rooted in the wisdom of movement and the softness of feminine embodiment, Viviana’s classes are an invitation to come home to yourself to remember that softness and power can exist in the same breath.
My stay at Mantra was exceptional. I attended a workout class in the morning with Elizabeth, she was a warm and supportive instructor!
And I attended an evening breathwork class, which was so incredible that half the participants were brought to tears!
